The primary purpose of the Kentucky Tech Millard Center is to serve high school students by enhancing and expanding student career options that lead to continuation of education or successful employment upon graduation from high school.

            Courses taught at the Millard Center offer students concepts and academic content through a hands-on, real-life approach.  Students receive instruction in sound academic principles, theory, laboratory and clinical experiences to ensure they can complete successfully in today's changing workplace.

             Our role is vital in the overall scheme of economic development and provides an additional avenue in the business and industry personnel is trained across the commonwealth.
